Weapons in GTA VI

Confirmed and expected weapons of the state of Leonida. Continuously updated.

GTA VI brings the most detailed weapon system in the series’ history. Instead of an unlimited arsenal in your pocket, there is now a carry limit inspired by Red Dead Redemption 2 — and most heavier weapons wait in your car trunk. Below you will find all weapons categorized: first the confirmed ones (seen in trailers or official screenshots), then the expected ones.

⚙️ New weapon system

  • Max. 2 rifles + 2 pistols carried at once — the rest in the trunk
  • Shared inventory Jason ↔ Lucia for selected weapons
  • Glock Switch as a legal attachment (full-auto mode)
  • Shooting while swimming and from the roof of a pickup confirmed
  • Duke Arms Company — manufacturer from Red Dead Redemption

🔑 Legend

  • Confirmed — seen in a trailer or official screenshot
  • 🔍 Leak — from leaked footage (2022) or data mining
  • Expected — returning from GTA V or the series, without direct proof
